You can now log in to RealVantage with your fingerprint, facial recognition or device PIN — no password, no one-time code. Passkeys are live across our web platform and mobile apps for iOS and Android, giving you a faster and more secure way to access your account.

What is a passkey?
A passkey is a modern replacement for passwords, built on an industry standard adopted by Apple, Google, and Microsoft. Instead of typing a password and waiting for a one-time code, you confirm your identity with your device's built-in security — fingerprint, facial recognition, or screen lock.
Passkeys offer stronger protection than passwords because:
- They’re designed to resist phishing. A passkey works only on the genuine RealVantage site or app, which helps protect against fake login pages.
- They’re protected by your device’s security. A passkey is unlocked with your fingerprint, facial recognition, or screen lock. Your biometric data stays on your device and is not shared with RealVantage.
How to set up your passkey
- Log in to RealVantage as usual — on the web or the mobile app (iOS or Android).
- After logging in, you'll see a prompt: "Add a passkey?" Select Add a passkey.
- Confirm with your device's fingerprint, facial recognition, or screen lock. That's it — your passkey is saved.
The next time you log in, simply choose Log in with a passkey and confirm with your device. You'll be in quickly — no password, no one-time code.
You can also add a passkey anytime from Account > Account details > Passkeys using the Add passkey button.
Managing your passkeys
You're always in control. Under Account > Account details > Passkeys, you can view all passkeys on your account — including when each was added and last used — add a passkey for a new device, or remove one you no longer use (for example, from a device you've replaced).
Frequently asked questions
Does my password still work?
Yes. Passkeys are optional, and your password and one-time code continue to work. You can transition at your own pace.
What if I lose my device?
You can still log in with your password on any device, then remove the lost device's passkey under Account details > Passkeys.
Can I use passkeys on more than one device?
Yes. You can add a passkey on each device you use — for example, one on your laptop and one on your phone — and manage them all from Account details.
Is my fingerprint or face shared with RealVantage?
No. Biometric verification happens entirely on your device. RealVantage never receives or stores your biometric data.
Where are passkeys available?
On the RealVantage web platform and the RealVantage mobile apps for both iOS and Android.
