General questions
RealVantage employs a different approach to real estate investment, we see the transaction right through from acquisition, asset management to divestment. As such our focus at RealVantage is to put every deal to the test against our rigorous deal evaluation criteria which centres on the macro economic variables, real estate market dynamics, property attributes, sale and rental transaction analysis and asset management challenges. And we limit what we invest in. We only look at markets where we have deep market knowledge and strong operatives on the ground. This is different from other platforms who may be more transaction focused and tends to list many deals on the site. At RealVantage, we co-invest alongside our investors ensuring alignment of interests.
