All funds deposited by investors go into an Escrow Account. This is a segregated account used to safekeep investors monies and is maintained by an independent Account Administrator - Fervent Chambers LLC, a law firm regulated by the Law Society of Singapore. The Account Administrator's role is to verify payments and remittance of the monies to the relevant contracting parties and investors. For example, all rental receipts from investments will be remitted to the Escrow Account and any distributions will have to be approved by the Account Administrator. Under no circumstances is RV able to access or move the funds without the express permission of the Account Administrator.
