What are the benefits of RealVantage?
As opposed to a blind pool fund, RealVantage allows investors to decide which properties they wish to invest in and at a low minimum investment sum, thus providing diversification with less capital. The platform also provides a myriad of opportunities in different property sectors, jurisdictions and value chain. For example, you could co-invest into residential development and participate in a developer's profit or provide a loan to a real estate owner for a fixed tenure and coupon rate. The platform will also act as a real estate manager to actively manage the assets to optimise returns, ensure all taxes and expenses are duly met and provide timely distributions of rental proceeds to investors.
