The investments made on RealVantage are done amongst investors who are agreeable to be governed by the investment period specified for each investment. The investment period ranges from 1 to 5 years.

As these are private investments, they are not traded on public stock exchanges and cannot be easily sold or traded. You should not invest with the intention of selling out your position.

However, you may be able to resell your share in the SPV in a private transaction and RealVantage would be able to facilitate the process if a seller is procured by the investor. Secondary transactions are not guaranteed and may be subject to delays and additional costs. Given that there would be legal and transfer fees involved, one should invest with the investment period kept in mind.
