New My Investment Property Feature on RealVantage

The RealVantage technology team has added another feature on the platform for users to be able to view details on the distributions on each deal. Also known as “My Investment Property” page, this feature allows investors to conveniently retrieve the planned and realised distributions on each investment deal. This is tracked via their Portfolio page which easily leads into an expanded page, detailing all the information about the investment property. Details include but are not limited to the following: Target returns, targeted net IRR, investment period, amount invested, legal documents, and a log of all the investments updates and realised distributions.

With this feature, investors can now seamlessly keep track of their investment distributions and easily see which distributions are late / on track / under / over performing.
