Mao Ching Foo

Mao brings over 18 years of experience in technology, data science and quantitative investments. Currently he oversees technology, data science, digital marketing and operations. A veteran in technology and quantitative trading, he has traded over USD 10 billion in global equity markets through automated algorithms.

Chief Technology Officer at Funding Societies, and Quantitative Trading, Portfolio Management at Ronin Capital and Barclays Global Investors.

Mark Ho

Managing Director - Investment Management

Mark is responsible for origination, feasibility assessments, capital and investment structuring as well as asset management. With over 16 years of experience spanning cross-border investment, research and strategy, he has advised on and executed transactions in excess of USD 800 million across multiple asset classes and investment strategies.

Director - Business Development

Victoria focuses on growing RealVantage on all fronts: from establishing strategic partnerships, to marketing outreach and improving user experience. She employs a multi-disciplinary approach to carve out new channels to make investing accessible for all. She is deeply convicted by her vision for greater financial inclusivity and fiscal empowerment.

Cheng Kai Lim, CFA

Director - Investment Management

Cheng Kai (CK) is responsible for investment origination, deal structuring, as well as asset management. Having spent 6 years living in the United Kingdom, he has led the origination and execution of over USD 400 million of debt and equity, and transacted over USD 1 billion of real estate across various geographies and sectors.

Chief Architect

Andy brings over 20 years of experience in technology. As the CA of RealVantage, he directs the engineering team in all aspects - from infrastructure, backend, frontend, to external integrations. A veteran in the engineering end, he was previously a Principal Engineer at Pocketmath, an ad bidding platform doing 30 billion transactions a day. He is also a gold medallist in the IOI olympiad and is a frequent winner in code competitions.

Ng Beng Tiong (BT Ng)

Former Deputy Group CEO and Group COO of ARA Asset Management

BT is the Chairman of the RealVantage Board and a member of the Investment Committee. He has over 30 years of experience in real estate, finance, M&A and governance, and has managed transactions exceeding USD20 billion.
