Baden Adams | Associate Director - Investment of MaxCap
Baden holds key accountability for the management and performance of the MIT.
Baden has over 10 years of real estate and commercial credit experience in Australia.
Prior to his appointment as Portfolio Manager, Baden was responsible for structuring and managing special situations and non-conforming standalone investments, and for creating and structuring new funds and products in MaxCap's National Debt Investment Team. He has diverse credit experience across Special Situations, Corporate Debt, Leveraged Finance and Emerging Markets.
Hugh Thomson | Associate Director - Capital of MaxCap
Hugh is an Associate Director in MaxCap’s Capital team in Sydney, focusing on capital raising and relationship management of Asian-based private and institutional capital.
Hugh has most recently spent over 6 years in Hong Kong and Singapore with CBRE focused on both direct and indirect cross border capital flows into the Australian commercial real estate market.
Prior to his time in Asia, he worked for a Brisbane-based family office, focused on opportunistic structured real estate transactions. Hugh has a Master of Business (Applied Finance) and a Bachelor of Design (Architecture) from the Queensland University of Technology.
Ben Klein | Head of Private Capital of MaxCap
Ben is responsible for private capital raising, business development and relationship management for our valued private investor base.
He has more than 15 years’ experience in finance, sales and the construction market in Melbourne and Sydney. Ben has extensive experience dealing with Family Offices and High Net Worth individuals from his years spent in equities markets.
Most recently he held a role as National Sales Manager for one of Australia’s largest wholesalers to the Construction industry, dealing directly with developers and builders at the tail end of the development process. Ben holds a Bachelor of Business (Marketing), Diploma of Financial Planning and is a Graduate of the NSW Executive Leaders Series.
Keith Ong | CEO and Co-founder of RealVantage
Keith is an industry veteran with over 20 years of experience, he has transacted in excess of USD 3 billion across geographies, sectors and the entire real estate investment spectrum. He was the Assistant Director of Investment in ARA Asset Management, Director of Investment in Rockworth Capital Partners, and the Director of Investment Management and Capital Transactions for Firmus Capital.
