Michael Moriarty | Managing Director - Head of Commercial Acquisitions
Michael Moriarty is a Managing Director and Head of Commercial Acquisitions in the Real Estate Group at Investcorp. In this role, he is responsible for new core-plus and value-add industrial investments for the firm. Since joining Investcorp in 2012, Moriarty has had a leading role in over $6.5 billion in acquisitions and recapitalisations across the United States within multiple asset classes. Moriarty has been particularly active in the industrial space where he has led over $4.1 billion in acquisitions and recapitalisation.
Moriarty has over 16 years of Real Estate experience across investments, capital markets and leasing. Moriarty holds a BA in Economics from College of the Holy Cross and an MBA in Finance and Real Estate from the Cox School of Business at Southern Methodist University.
Alex Bennett | Vice President - Commercial Acquisitions
Alex Bennett is a Vice President in the Real Estate Group at Investcorp. In this role, he is responsible for new core-plus and value-add industrial investments for the firm. Since joining Investcorp in 2017, Bennett has executed on $4.2 billion in acquisitions and recapitalisations across the United States within multiple asset classes. Bennett has been particularly active in the industrial space where he has led over $3.3 billion in acquisitions and recapitalisation.
Bennett has 9 years of Real Estate experience across investments, capital markets, and asset management. Bennett holds a BS in Industrial & Labor Relations and minors in Real Estate and Business from Cornell University.
Mark Ho | Managing Director - Investment Management
Mark has over 21 years of experience spanning cross-border investment, research and strategy, he has advised on and executed transactions in excess of $800 million across multiple asset classes and investment strategies. He was involved in investment, research and strategy at Pacific Star Group, capital market transactions and investment research at JLL, and real estate private equity at Deutsche Bank before joining a family office.
Karl Ackermann | Associate - Investment Management of RealVantage
Karl graduated Summa Cum Laude from New York University's Stern School of Business in 2020, earning a Bachelor's Degree in Business and concentrating in Finance and Computing & Data Science. Prior to joining RealVantage, he worked as an Investment Banking Analyst at Morgan Stanley's Real Estate, Gaming & Lodging group based in New York City.
